STEAK ON THE ROCKS

Okay,  where do I start? There was nothing positively pleasant about our whole experience while dining here except for the prompt sittings. We began with a very inexperienced waitress who did not know the restaurant menu and knew nothing about the different cuts of steak. Our orders did not arriving to the correct people or not arriving at all. The two Andrew's ordered two sets of Wagyū Sirlion steaks and never received them. To make matters worse, all the steakes were over cooked when we all had ordered medium well not well done. Although we did have one correct order of Salmon chips & salad, which was also slightly over cooked.

A major part of the reason we'd decided to have dinner at the "Steak on the Rocks" was for a steak cooked on the rocks experience, which we didn't have due to the waitress ordering us all well done steaks which the chefs manually do in the kitchen. Everything was very chaotic at every angle of the restaurant and the quality of their service was extremely poor and couldn't keep up with the already seated customers. It wasn't only our table of seven people who had gotten half their meals wrongly delivered it seemed like even those couples next to us who sat in twos, also received the wrong cuts of steaks. 

You'd hope everything negatively dramatic would have already happened and not be at the front desk when you pay your bill. The manager who was working the tills was impatient and incompetent. We had asked to see the bill and he told us we could only do so ones we've paid first so that he could print it. We told him we wanted to see the bill totaling first so that we knew what we were paying for due to wrong orders being delivered to us. We didn't want to pay for Wagyū steaks that were not delivered. He proceeded to inform us that they had taken them off the bill and had already been corrected, we took his word and paid the bill to only find out later while already in the car that he had not corrected the bill and we did not receive the 20% discount that was advertised for their " Grand" opening and to top it all of we we're over charged!

Over all I would not recommend this restaurant but maybe they would be better of making it into a take away shop so that their incompetency wouldn't shine as bright. From start to finish they have managed to convince me that nothing they have is worth serving and their service is in desperate need of professional training.
