KANZI FASHION CAFE

Rain, hail or shine dessert must go on! Tonight's rain seemed so heavy and almost unexpected apart from the grey clouds earlier. Kanzi Fashion Cafe is located at the beginning of Sussex street towards Chinatown. Its on a lower ground but visible from street level. Since last summer I've been wanting to try the Melon Bingsoo but hadn't found the chance to try it until now. 

Kanzi is probably every ladies destination with the combination of both clothes shopping and cafe facilities availbable. One of the standout furnishings was the swinging table in the cafe, which was too good not to use and so after ordering we parked ourselves and patiently waited for our Matcha Lattes and Melon Bingsoo.

Melon Bingsoo - $18.80

This baby was the first to arrive and boy was it a looker! It stood tall and green and yes it was impressive.The Melon Bingsoo consisted of a halved Honey dew towered with balls of Honey dew, shaved ice (tasted of sweet milk) Melona ice cream stick and topped with two massive scoops of Vanilla ice cream. The Melon Bongsoo was served with four spoons but personally I think I could demolish this alone, It had everything from the freshness and juiciness of a Honey dew Melon and the creaminess of the Melona and Vanilla ice cream.This is probably the ultimate summer dessert hands down.

Green Tea Latte - $5:30

After our Bingsoo and the bone-chilling wind howling in from the outside rain, the Matcha Latte's were almost a savior from the cold. They tasted silky smooth and I was amazed by the lightness of the milk and the wonderful taste of Green tea. The Matcha latte's also had a small hint of cinnamon which was different but it did add a lift to the taste of green tea which I didn't mind. To top it off how could you not love the latte art, the bear and lion faces were adorable!
